1. Cancellations and Refunds for Dumpster Rentals
•Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your dumpster rental, you may do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.
•Refunds:
If you cancel your dumpster rental in accordance with our policy, we will issue a full refund of any prepaid rental fees, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of the cancellation request.
2. Early Pickup and Unused Rental Time
•If you complete your project early and no longer need the dumpster, you may request an early pickup. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for unused rental days unless specified in a custom agreement.
3. Overage and Additional Fees
•Overage Fees:
If your dumpster exceeds the weight limit, any overage fees will be charged as outlined in your service agreement. These fees are non-refundable as they are based on actual waste disposal costs.
•Extended Rental Fees:
If you keep the dumpster beyond the agreed rental period, an extended rental fee will apply for each additional day. These fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
4. Cancellations for Ongoing Waste Management Services
•Commercial and Industrial Waste Management Contracts:
Clients with ongoing service contracts may cancel or adjust services in accordance with their contract terms. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details on early termination or contract modifications.
•Refunds for Prepaid Services:
For prepaid ongoing services (such as monthly or quarterly waste management), refunds will be provided for any unused service period if the contract is terminated early. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining service period and any applicable cancellation fees.
5. Special Circumstances
In cases where service cannot be provided due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or scheduling conflicts on our part, we will offer the option to:
•Reschedule the service at no additional cost, or
•Provide a full refund for any services not delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or inquire about our refund policy, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Please include your service order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
•Hazardous waste handling fees
•E-waste disposal fees
•Additional pickups or special service requests that have already been completed
8. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
